Christian Education and Youth Ministry Position Announcement

Memphis Theological Seminary invites applications for a tenure-track position in
Christian Education and Youth Ministry to begin fall of 2012. Desired candidate will
have a concentration in the theory and practice of youth ministry. Responsibilities
include teaching all aspects of Christian Education from an ecumenical perspective
in M.Div, M.A., and D.Min programs. Qualifications include a Ph.D. or Ed.D. in
Christian Education or commensurate field (ABD considered/rank open), as well
as a commitment to diversity, collegiality, and the life of the church. Applications
from all qualified candidates welcome, especially those from traditionally

Church History Position Announcement

Memphis Theological Seminary invites applications for an entry level tenure-track
position in Church History to begin in the fall of 2012. Responsibilities include
teaching all aspects of Church History from a global perspective in M.Div, M.A., and
D.Min programs. Qualifications include a Ph.D. in Church History and a commitment
to diversity, collegiality, and the life of the church. Area of specialization is open.
