Housing/Commuter Housing

The seminary owns various housing units located within a one-block radius of the campus. All units are currently being utilized for our growing commuter residents. Commuter housing is available for students that live outside the metropolitan area, usually in excess of 75 miles. A limited number of spaces are available each semester. Commuting students are able to rent a bed (two twin-size beds per room) for the same night(s) in each week for the whole semester. A new application is required each semester.

Commuter housing fees are $30.00 per night and are paid to the Business office on a monthly basis. Payments received after the 10th of each month will be charged an additional $10. Students are reserving their space for the entire semester.

Applications for commuter housing are available online (in Adobe Acrobat format) or from Admissions/Student Services, and are to be returned to Student Services. The policies for Commuter Housing are listed on the application.
